Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about levels, schedules, formats, pricing policies, and certificates. If your case is unique, send a question and we’ll point you to the best next step.
How do I choose my level? ▾
Use Beginner if you have less than a year of training or feel uncertain with core technique. Choose Intermediate for 1–3 years of consistent training and comfort with scene work. Pick Advanced if you have professional credits or work regularly and want high-intensity coaching.
Are classes online or in-person? ▾
Both formats are available. Each course entry specifies whether it runs online, in-studio, or hybrid, along with meeting links/room details and any required tech setup.
Do you offer certificates? ▾
Yes. Certificates are issued after successful completion, attendance requirements, and coach assessment. If you need it for an institution, mention the details in your request.
Can I get placement advice? ▾
Yes. Share your training background, goals, and availability via the quick question form. We’ll suggest the most suitable level and course track.
What if I miss a class? ▾
If you know in advance, message support as early as possible. Depending on the course, you may receive homework notes, a make-up slot (limited), or guidance on catching up. Attendance policies vary by track.
How does pricing work? ▾
Pricing is shown per course and may differ by format, duration, and cohort size. Some courses support installment plans. If you’re unsure which option fits, ask a question and include your target schedule.
Do I need equipment for online classes? ▾
A stable internet connection, headphones, and a camera at eye level are recommended. Good lighting helps. You don’t need professional gear—just clear audio/video so coaching stays precise.
