Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You represent that you are able to form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Changes to the Service or the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Enrollment & Access
Enrollment grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to attend scheduled sessions and access the associated materials for the period described at the time of enrollment. Access may be subject to prerequisites, capacity constraints, and technical requirements. We may verify eligibility where required.
Scheduling, Attendance, and Participation
Session dates and times may be adjusted for operational reasons. When feasible, we will provide notice of changes through the Service or via the contact information associated with your enrollment.
You are responsible for attending sessions on time and ensuring your equipment, network connection, and environment are suitable for participation.
We may remove or restrict a participant’s access if their behavior materially disrupts a session or violates these Terms.
Account Security
If the Service provides login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and for all activities that occur under it.
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are due at checkout. Prices, taxes (if any), and billing cadence (if any) are displayed before you complete your Order. Refunds and credits are handled according to the course policy presented at the time of purchase or visible in the catalog listing for that offering.
Billing, Fees, and Price Changes
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for your Order, including any applicable taxes and fees displayed at checkout.
We may change pricing for future Orders. Any price changes do not affect completed purchases.
If your payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is successfully completed.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation and rescheduling options, if offered, depend on the specific course or event and will be shown in the relevant course policy.
Failure to attend a session (“no-show”) does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless the stated course policy provides otherwise.
Acceptable Use
Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate against others. Do not interfere with the Service or attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization. Do not upload or share unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Recording, Sharing, and Confidentiality
Unauthorized recording, copying, redistribution, or public performance of sessions or materials is prohibited unless we explicitly permit it in writing.
Some sessions may include peer feedback or discussion. You agree to treat other participants’ personal information and shared experiences with respect and confidentiality.
Prohibited Technical Activities
You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; breach any security or authentication measures; or attempt to circumvent access controls.
You must not introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or use the Service in a way that could impair its performance or availability for others.
Intellectual Property
The Service and Content are owned by StagePulse or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited access rights explicitly granted in these Terms, you receive no rights or licenses in the Service or Content.
Your Materials and Feedback
If you submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback, you agree we may use it to improve the Service without restriction or compensation to you.
If you upload or share materials through the Service where applicable, you represent you have the necessary rights to do so and that your materials do not violate any law or third-party rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcomes will result from participation. Any educational content is for informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StagePulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific offering giving rise to the claim.
Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party tools (for example, payment processors or communication platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity, safety, or security of the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws as determined by the jurisdiction relevant to our operations and the Service, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, mandatory consumer protections under your local law may apply.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with any course-specific policies presented at purchase or enrollment, form the entire agreement between you and StagePulse regarding the Service.
